Welcome to the Nebraska Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (NBEAD) portal!

If you are new to NBEAD and want to apply, submit an Organizational Application (OA) by 11:59 pm CT, July 2, 2025.

Once we receive your OA, we will email you an Authentication Code and Organizational Abbreviation, both of which will be required for submission of your PA(s). 

If you are on NBO’s list of Approved Applicants, available at https://broadband.nebraska.gov/nbead/approved-applicants/, you do NOT need to submit a new OA.

If you are an Approved Applicant, either from Round 1 or the BoB Round, please submit a Project Application (PA) for each targeted Defined Project Area (DPA) by 11:59PM CT, July 7, 2025.

Applications submitted prior to June 23, 2025 will not be considered for funding. See the RFA for additional information.

• If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit the submission 
• If you need to make changes to your form, please withdraw your submission and resubmit.
• Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
• We will follow-up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to Safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.
